Brett Bartholomew is a strength and conditioning coach, author, consultant, and founder of the
performance coaching and consulting company, Bartholomew Strength. His experience includes working with collegiate teams, professional teams, businesses, and individual clients. Taken together, Brett has coached a diverse range of athletes from across 23 sports at levels ranging from youths to Olympians. He’s supported Super Bowl and World Series Champions, along with several professional fighters, including those competing in the UFC. He has also worked with members of the United States Special Forces community. His coaching and speaking has spanned the globe, from China to Brazil and numerous other stops in between.
As an entrepreneur, Brett has proudly served as a teammate and supporting partner in the
strategic growth of two separate performance companies and is a highly sought-after consultant and mentor for many others across the United States and abroad. Additionally, his work and expertise has been featured in numerous local and national media outlets.

Brett is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) where he holds both their CSCS*D & RSCC*D distinctions. He is a proud graduate of Kansas State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and Southern Illinois University-Carbondale, where he obtained a Master of Science in Education in exercise science with an emphasis on motor behavior, cueing, and attentional focus in human performance.

Dr. Nickelston, is a Chiropractic Physician specializing in Performance Enhancement, Corrective Exercise, Metabolic Fitness Nutrition and Movement Assessment. He is an expert in myofascial, orthopedic, medical and trigger point soft tissue therapy combined with deep tissue laser treatment. Perry is a member of the Board of Directors and Medical Staff Advisor for American Institute for Medical Laser Application, a governing body for laser therapy education and also the Chief Medical Officer of LiteCure, LLC, a leading Class 4 deep tissue laser therapy company.
Perry is certified and trained as a Functional Movement Specialist (FMS) and Selective Functional Movement Assessment Specialist (SFMA) as well as being certified Instructor for the Functional Movement Screen and owner of Stop Chasing Pain, LLC a sports medicine rehabilitation center in Ramsey, NJ. Perry is regular columnist for many health and fitness industry publications. He is a 1997 graduate from Palmer Chiropractic University and a master fitness trainer with over 20 years experience in the health industry. Perry is the creator of the RRTT® Recovery and Regeneration System for health and fitness professionals.

Joe is an experienced outpatient orthopedic clinician who graduated from Sacred Heart University with his Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree in 2008, and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010. Joe began his career in NY, where he was facility manager of an outpatient orthopedics location for several years. Since that time Joe has succesfully completed the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Exam while also being certified in FMS, SFMA Functional Strength Coaching, Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch and Precision Nutrtion.
Joe is strongly interested in human development, the impact environment and society has on movement, pain science, and injury prevention. He currently resides in Long Island, NY and is a senior PT at Perfect Stride Physical Therapy in Union Square.

Dr. Capobianco holds a B.A. and M.A. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in addition to a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine. Steve is a practicing sports chiropractor, currently holding a Diplomate in Rehab from the ACA, in addition he is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, and a Performance Enhancement Specialists from the NASM. He is a certified in Active Release and Graston Technique provider that allows him to treat a myriad of musculoskeletal injuries using a combination of hand and tool release therapy.
Steve recently launched a sports specific rehab and performance institute called ProjectMOVE in Denver Colorado that focuses on identifying motor control dysfunction in an attempt to enhance human performance from the professional athlete to weekend warrior.
Steve is an avid athlete with a passion for sports. He has spent 25 years competing in ice hockey, lacrosse, triathlons, adventure racing, and natural bodybuilding. Steve is the Medical Director for Rocktape, pioneering evidence-informed education development that challenges the status quo in movement learning. He authored the Fascial Movement Taping manual and lectures world wide on the movement based taping technique.
C. Shante Cofield
PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, CF-L1 & Owner, The Movement Maestro
Dr. C. Shante Cofield is a former Division I athlete with a passion for movement surpassed only by her passion for learning. Shante graduated from Georgetown University and then continued her educational pursuits at New York University, graduating with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
Shante is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who practices in NYC, with specialties ranging from CrossFit injuries to pelvic floor dysfunction. As a certified Functional Movement Screen (FMS) provider and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) provider, Shante utilizes a movement-based treatment approach that incorporates manual therapy, corrective exercises, and techniques such as kinesiology taping and IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization). Additionally, Shante is a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms) and holds a CrossFit Level I trainer certificate.
Outside of the clinic, Shante serves as an advisory board member for WODMedic, and is the creator of The Movement Maestro, a website and social-media based platform devoted to all things human movement and mobility related. Shante has also served as a content expert for numerous publications and has lectured at universities and exercise facilities on topics including screening techniques, movement patterns, and injury prevention.
A firm believer in the mantra of practicing what one preaches, Shante maintains an active lifestyle as a crossfitter and outdoor enthusiast. She has completed two marathons, is an experienced rock climber, and is a proud member of CrossFit718, serving as their in-house physical therapist and movement specialist.

Dr. Tim Brown grew up in an athletic family, surfing and playing team sports in Newport Beach, CA. Tim competed at the collegiate-level in volleyball and competed on the National Championship surfing team. Tim qualified as a player on AVP (pro beach volleyball) tour. Being injured often during his athletic career created a lifetime interest and dedication to an interdisciplinary approach to understanding, treating and correcting the underlying and preventable causes of sports injuries.
As an early innovator in functional taping, he developed a hybrid kinesiology technique known as SPRT (Specific Proprioceptive Response Taping). Used on everyone from Olympians to NFL players, the technique quickly became a staple in the athletic world as it allowed injured athletes to compete despite their injuries. He has been an innovator, developing function-based, sensorimotor approaches to treatment, taping (SPRT®) and is the founder/creator of IntelliSkin® PostureCue® and CoreCue® “smart” compression apparel. His inventions have been granted 5 utility patents.
Dr. Brown has been awarded many honors for his work within chiropractic sports medicine. Tim is the founding Medical Director of the AVP and currently Co Medical Director of the ASP (now called WSL or World Surfing League). Dr. Brown’s ultimate goal is to help everybody feel better and perform better.

Dr. Kreiswirth received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He has earned his PhD in Athletic Training from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Athletic Training. His current research is, The Epidemiology of Musculoskeletal Injuries among Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Fighters. Ethan is the owner of Kreiswirth Sports Medicine Systems, LLC, which delivers didactic and clinical programming of sports medicine needs. In the past, as the Medical Director for Velocity Sports Performance, Ethan has consulted with the Chinese Olympic Committee providing sports medicine mentorships overseas and in the United States. Additionally, Ethan is the Medical Director and Coordinator for the International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
Ethan’s additional positions include Medical Director of the All American Heavyweights Boxing Team, in conjunction with the 2012 USA Olympic Boxing Team, 11 years as the Head Athletic Trainer of California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) from 1997-2008, where he also served as adjunct faculty in the Kinesiology Department. Ethan holds current certifications in the Functional Movement System, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and Professional Rescuer Instructor for the American Red Cross. He has been a contributing author in peer-reviewed journals’ such as International Journal of Athletic Therapy and Therapy, Journal of Athletic Training, and Athletic Training and Sports Health Care.
